Having a family is one of the best things that ever happened in my life. The lessons I’ve learned from having to keep a small human being alive will follow me till the end of my days. Kids are cute, loving, and enjoy being around you. The problem is, that they always want to be around you- even if you said that you’re trying to study to get a better job. It was a constant battle to find study time and I believe that I would have done things differently, if I could go back in time. I don’t regret spending time with them, but I do regret not setting some boundaries and having more structure about it. Since I can’t go back in time, here’s how you to avoid my mistakes and have a more enjoyable learning experience in your new career.

Make Sacrifices

Every time I tell someone that they will have to make some sacrifices to get what they want- they look at me like I said, “burn your best lamb on the altar.” It’s melodramatic and unrealistic to believe that you can attain anything you want in life without giving up anything. In this case, you will be giving up time.
